I try to download the app onto my phone like my other service providers but why? Thought it would be fixed by now. I have been meaning to leave a review awhile ago but never made the time but just recently tried to use it again and same result. App stating it has a new look, he’ll forget look. Better yet, does anyone read the reviews? Evidently not because it hasn’t been fixed. I cannot even rate this app with one star. I dislike Ga Power anyway out of all my bills. All this money they charge for their product. REALLY? A well established huge company like Ga Power unleashing this trash app. When the inconvenience of going to other payment spots there’s normally a fee in order to pay your bill. They have made it where you cannot go to a payment center/office because they have closed them all yet the stupid app they put out doesn’t work properly.
